No driving licence is required to rent or ride our e-bikes. Anyone can ride them!
Yes. Every e-bike rental includes a certified helmet and a secure lock at no extra cost.
Yes. Third-party liability insurance is included with every rental. A €150 security deposit is required and will be held on your card for the duration of the rental. The deposit is fully released after the e-bike is returned, provided no damage has occurred.
Our minimum rental period is half a day (4 hours), starting from €39. During your rental window, you're free to return the e-bike at any time within the 4-hour period, giving you maximum flexibility to explore at your own pace.
Range depends on the riding conditions and assist level. The Freely E-bike offers a range of approximately 80 km on a single battery. We also provide charging tips and recommendations for convenient charging locations during your rental.
Yes. We offer e-bike delivery within 30 minutes of booking confirmation whenever possible. Delivery is free within the Como city area and at our partner hotels. For locations outside these areas, an additional delivery fee may apply, starting from €29. Please contact us for a quote based on your location.
If you picked up your e-bike from one of our partner locations, you can simply leave the keys at the hotel reception or follow the return instructions provided at pickup. If your e-bike was delivered, we'll arrange collection from your preferred location, making the return process as convenient as possible.
