To rent a scooter, you must hold a valid driving licence that is
recognized in Italy and appropriate for the scooter category you wish to rent. Visitors from outside
the EU may also need an International Driving Permit (IDP). If you're unsure whether your licence
qualifies, contact us before booking and we'll be happy to confirm.
Yes. Every scooter rental includes two helmets at no extra cost. We offer
a range of sizes, which can be requested when booking to ensure the best fit and comfort.
Yes. Third-party liability insurance is included with every rental, as
required by Italian law. A €499 security deposit is required and will be held on your card for the
duration of the rental. The deposit is fully released after the scooter is returned, provided no
damage has occurred.
Our minimum rental period is half a day (4 hours), starting from €79.
During your rental window, you're free to return the scooter at any time within the 4-hour period,
giving you maximum flexibility to explore at your own pace.
Range depends on the scooter model and riding conditions. The Freely
Premium offers a range of approximately 80 km, while the Freely Comfort can travel up to 100 km on a
single battery. For longer journeys, the Comfort model can be equipped with two batteries, providing
a maximum range of up to 200 km. We also provide charging tips and recommendations for convenient
charging locations during your rental.
Yes. We offer scooter delivery within 30 minutes of booking confirmation
whenever possible. Delivery is free within the Como city area and at our partner hotels. For
locations outside these areas, an additional delivery fee may apply, starting from €29. Please
contact us for a quote based on your location.
If you picked up your scooter from one of our partner locations, you can
simply leave the keys at the hotel reception or follow the return instructions provided at pickup.
If your scooter was delivered, we'll arrange collection from your preferred location, making the
return process as convenient as possible.
