Delivery is completely free within the Como city area and at our partner hotels. For other locations, a standard delivery fee may apply depending on the distance, starting from €29.
When your rental ends, you don't need to return the vehicle to our shop. If you are staying at a hotel, you can leave the keys with the front desk. For villas and private B&Bs, we will coordinate a convenient pickup time with you.
No, your presence is not required. We can deliver and collect the scooter at the agreed location. However, we recommend being present. It gives us the opportunity to personally welcome you, show you the scooter, and share valuable local tips.
Every delivery includes your reserved vehicle (fully charged), up to two helmets, a charger, a lock, and our personal concierge service to help you make the most of your Lake Como experience.
